The crisp winter air has arrived. 2018 was filled with memorable dinners and dancing by the water, fall flings and holiday parties. The fun continues as we welcome a new year with a new calendar of events. Group dinners and events are being enjoyed by a number of singles who otherwise may not get the chance to experience some of Ottawa's finest restaurants. The Single Gourmet is a fine dining experience for singles looking to meet and socialize with other singles, without feeling pressure. Once you register and create your profile, you choose the events you'd like to attend: from cocktail parties, gourmet dinners, dinner dances and exciting galas.  It's a fun and easy way to socialize, plus there's always a host on hand to welcome you and introduce you to other members.

Tonight we get together at La Favorita, a neighbourhood restaurant in Little Italy. La Favorita’s reputation for great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and attentive service are well known. Whether it be pastas, salads, grilled meats or seafood platters, this Ottawa Italian favourite will no doubt become a tradition. Tonight's menu is crafted just for us. We will dine in this lively yet warm ambiance. A perfect place to make new friends!

- Soup of the Day
- Mixed Italian Salad: Mixed Greens and Vegetables topped with an Olive Oil Balsamic Vinaigrette


- Pan- seared Atlantic salmon cooked in a white wine and citrus sauce, server with rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables
- Thinly sliced Chicken Breast served in Marsala Red Wine and Portobello Mushroom sauce, Accompanied by roasted garlic potatoes and medley of vegetables.
- Penne Primavera cooked in a homemade Rose sauce
